Welcome

This blog is here primarily to document the changing landscape of industrial Los Angeles. Due to many different influences, the industrial lands of LA are disappearing. It is this website's attempt to capture the decay and beauty of industrial LA before it is gone. This blog also will try to be an advocate for Urbanism in Los Angeles and all American cities. While I support the urban infill taking place through warehouse conversions, I also understand the pressures it places on urban industry. Hopefully, this blog will also show a successful melding of residential, commercial, and industrial uses within the urban superstructure and the joys of non-traditional housing and living situations.
